I ve noticed many things Angie with losing weight: the seat belts fit better ( I even forget I have them on now) , towels go all the way around me, and I dont mind staying in my jeans to the wee hours of the night! So you’re right its easier just to get off your ass an move! new motivational saying “JUST MOVE”
